For the Basic Evaluation, an English assessment test is given to each applicant, along with a short interview to determine English skills in Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Language Use. For an In-Depth Evaluation, our certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) does a complete interview, based on the job description, to determine the candidate’s level of English, as well as his or her strengths, weaknesses, and potential risks for hiring.
An independent evaluation can bring a fresh perspective to your search, especially with internal candidates. We offer pre-screen interviews for specific positions to identify strengths and weaknesses, as well as potential risks and benefits of hiring a candidate.
We also offer pre-employment background and/or drug testing, as well as language proficiency testing in English and Spanish, both in-person and online.
